No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size/fit issues, or after the product has been used.

Damaged / Wrong Product:

If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the package is opened is mandatory for any damage or incorrect-product claim. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

After verification, if the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Jewellery Colour & Care:

Our anti-tarnish jewellery is designed for long-lasting wear, and the colour can last for approximately one year with proper care. Longevity depends on usage and maintenance. Please keep jewellery away from perfume, chemicals, excessive sweat and water. Wipe it after use and store it in an airtight box when not wearing it. Normal wear, scratches, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Watches:

T.A.N does not provide watch servicing, battery replacement, strap/size adjustment, or repairs. Any sizing or maintenance requirements should be handled through a nearby professional watch service centre.

Refund Processing:

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the applicable payment method/account after verification. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.
