Refund Policy

At T.A.N shine by Tara Aiswarya Nitheesh, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

No Return / No Exchange

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, or after the product has been used.

 

Please check product descriptions, measurements, images and other details carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Product

 

If you receive a product that is damaged on arrival or different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery.

 

An uninterrupted unboxing video, starting before the parcel is opened and clearly showing the package and product, required to verify the issue.

 

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, T.A.N shine will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

 

Jewellery

 

Our jewellery is made from 316L stainless steel and designed to be anti-tarnish.

 

With proper care, the jewellery colour is intended to last for up to one year. Longevity can vary depending on usage, exposure to chemicals, storage and individual care.

 

Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes or other damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return, replacement or refund.

 

Watches

 

Our premium watches are expected to maintain their colour for up to one year with proper care.

 

T.A.N shine does not provide watch repair, battery replacement, strap/bracelet resizing, adjustment or other watch servicing. Any sizing or adjustment required after purchase should be handled by a suitable local watch service centre.

 

We do not accept exchanges or provide servicing for watches after purchase except where applicable law requires otherwise.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are considered only for eligible claims involving a verified damaged or incorrect product where a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the applicable payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

 

Important

 

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor variations in appearance are not considered defects.

 

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that customers are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
