A legal disclaimer

Every T.A.N Shine order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided wherever available.

Customers must provide a correct and complete name, delivery address, PIN code and contact number when placing an order.

T.A.N Shine cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested and available.

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

2. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.

As a general store policy, T.A.N Shine does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, size/fit issues where the product supplied corresponds to the product ordered, or after the product has been used, worn, altered or serviced.

This applies to both jewellery and watches.

Please carefully check product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and other available information before placing your order.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any remedy that T.A.N Shine is legally required to provide for goods that are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Every product is checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged on arrival, materially defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact T.A.N Shine within 48 hours of delivery.

For us to investigate the issue, please provide:

* Your order number

* Clear photographs of the product

* Photographs of the parcel and packaging

* A clear, continuous and unedited parcel-opening/unboxing video showing the package being opened and the reported issue

Please do not wear, resize, repair, alter or otherwise modify the product before contacting us.

Claims will be reviewed based on the information supplied. Where applicable, T.A.N Shine will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper handling, damage occurring after delivery, chemical exposure and improper storage are not treated as damage on arrival.

4. ANTI-TARNISH JEWELLERY DISCLAIMER

T.A.N Shine offers jewellery designed for anti-tarnish performance, lasting colour and comfortable everyday wear.

“Anti-tarnish” does not mean that jewellery is permanently immune to every form of fading, tarnishing, scratching or colour change.

The appearance and longevity of jewellery depend on several factors, including:

Frequency of use • Skin chemistry • Sweat • Moisture • Perfumes • Cosmetics • Sanitizers • Chemicals • Friction • Storage • General care

With proper care, T.A.N Shine jewellery is designed to maintain its beautiful colour and shine for longer.

Natural wear occurring over time or changes caused by improper use or care are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

5. JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain the beauty of your T.A.N Shine jewellery:

* Keep jewellery away from prolonged contact with water and moisture.

* Avoid direct contact with perfume, sanitizer, lotions, hairspray and harsh chemicals.

* Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

* Avoid unnecessary scratching, pulling or bending.

* After wearing, gently wipe jewellery with a clean, soft and dry cloth.

* Store pieces separately in a clean, dry pouch or jewellery box.

* Allow perfume, lotion and other cosmetic products to dry before putting on your jewellery.

6. WATCH COLOUR & CARE POLICY

T.A.N Shine watches are carefully selected and inspected before dispatch.

With proper use and proper care, the colour of our watches is designed to last for up to one year.

This is a product-care statement and not a warranty or guarantee. T.A.N Shine does not issue a guarantee or warranty card for this colour-longevity statement.

Actual colour longevity may vary depending on usage and care, including exposure to water, moisture, sweat, perfumes, sanitizers, cosmetics, chemicals, friction and scratches.

Normal wear and tear or colour changes resulting from improper handling or care are not considered a promise of replacement, exchange or free servicing.

7. WATCH — NO SERVICE POLICY

T.A.N Shine does not provide watch servicing or maintenance.

We do not provide:

Battery replacement • Watch repair • Resizing • Link removal/addition • Strap adjustment • Strap replacement • Maintenance • Polishing • After-sales servicing

If your watch requires resizing, adjustment, battery replacement, repair or maintenance, please take it to a professional watch service centre near you.

Any costs associated with third-party servicing are the responsibility of the customer.

T.A.N Shine is not responsible for damage, scratches, colour changes, mechanical issues or other problems caused during or following repair, resizing, battery replacement, alteration or servicing carried out by a third party.

8. WATCH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help your watch maintain its colour and appearance:

* Keep it away from unnecessary contact with water and moisture.

* Avoid direct contact with perfume, sanitizer, lotions and chemicals.

* Avoid excessive sweat where reasonably possible.

* Protect the watch from scratches, impact and friction.

* Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

* Store it in a clean and dry place.

* Use a professional watch technician for resizing, battery replacement or repair.

Where a particular watch is described as water-resistant, use it only within the stated water-resistance specification.

Water-resistant does not automatically mean waterproof.

9. SKIN-FRIENDLY DISCLAIMER

T.A.N Shine jewellery is selected with comfort and skin-friendly everyday wear in mind.

However, skin sensitivity differs from person to person. We therefore cannot guarantee that every material will be suitable for every individual.

Customers with known metal allergies or sensitivities should carefully review available product/material information before purchasing.

If irritation occurs, discontinue wearing the product.

For watches, T.A.N Shine does not provide resizing or adjustment services. Customers requiring link removal, link addition or other size adjustments should visit a professional watch service centre at their own expense.

A sizing issue alone does not qualify for a return or exchange where the product supplied corresponds to the product ordered, subject to applicable consumer law.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible.

Because jewellery and watches contain small details, photographs may be enlarged, cropped or taken at close range to show craftsmanship and design.

Please review product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and material information before purchasing.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an order, please contact T.A.N Shine as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be available.

Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

T.A.N Shine may cancel an order due to circumstances such as stock unavailability, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, genuine pricing/technical errors or other legitimate operational reasons.

If we cancel a prepaid order before fulfilment, the applicable payment received for that cancelled order will be refunded.
